Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping costs for your order.

Due to the weight and size of some products, shipping costs may vary. We always choose the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option available.

Shipping Partners
We ship our packages via trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, or for products that are larger or heavier than standard shipping, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

Delays
We process your order as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur with the shipping carrier—something we unfortunately cannot control. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package is damaged or if any items are missing, contact us within 48 hours at attractieverhuurdetoren@gmail.com. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly and properly.
