Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost for your order.
Due to the weight and size of some products, shipping costs may vary. We always ensure the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option.
Shipping Partners
We ship our packages using trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, or for larger and heavier items, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

Delays
While we process your order as quickly as possible, delays with the shipping carrier may occur — these are beyond our control. Haven’t received your order after 7 business days? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Damaged Shipments
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If your package is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at attractieverhuurdetoren@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
