2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Product Information
We strive to describe all products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in specifications or images may occur. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
4. Orders and Payment
Your order is only final after payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected misuse or payment issues.
5. Shipping Policy
Shipping takes place after payment has been received. Delivery times vary by product and destination. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 working days. Please refer to our separate shipping policy for more information.
6. Return Policy
You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made products and used parts are not eligible for return. See our separate return policy for full details.
7. Warranty
We supply new parts with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Wear and tear or improper use is not covered. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or loss of income. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport issues), we are not obligated to fulfill our delivery obligations. We will contact you as soon as possible in such cases.
10. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
